How We Work
Two owners, one standard
Polam Homes is led by two owners who stay involved on every project. Walker Sims, our licensed general contractor, manages field operations — while Greg Perchal, our lead designer, brings a background in European design and craftsmanship to every plan.
That combination shows up in the finished product: structures engineered and built to last, finished with a level of detail you don't often see. From a custom home to a kitchen remodel, we treat every project like it's our own home.

What We Stand For
The principles behind every project
These aren't just words on a wall — they're the standards we hold ourselves to on every job site, every day.
Design-First
Every project starts with a thoughtful design. We plan the details before we build, so there are no surprises — only a home that works the way you live.
Craftsmanship
European and American building traditions, applied to every home. We don't cut corners because your home deserves to last generations.
Owner Involvement
Both owners stay hands-on from first sketch to final walkthrough. You'll always know who's on your project — and be able to reach them.
Accountability
Clear budgets, honest timelines, and a finished product we stand behind. When we give you our word, it's backed by our name.
Meet the Team
The people behind your home
